Berlin-based JUST is considered one of the best photographers documenting the graffiti and street art scene (www.1just.de).
The Lublin exhibition showcases two sides of his artistic personality: street and … street. In its entirety, the first one tells a story of the world of European urban art and writing. The second one provides an intriguing journey across the war-engulfed territories of Syria, Iraq, Gaza (and Israel).

“For over 15 years JUST has been photographing street artists in their element, immortalising their fleeting realisations, and documenting their exhibitions. The “street” segment is the most prominent and ever growing component of his portfolio.
What is not insignificant here is the fact that JUST hails from Berlin. Ceaselessly being written over and covered with stickers and tags by subsequent generations of urban tourists and residents alike, the city is within his reach – literally at his fingertips.”
