A gala concert organized by the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures and the Vocal Association "In Corpore" to commemorate Marlena Bielewicz, Beata Dąbrowska, Dorota Gonet, Marcin Różycki, Andrzej Molik, Andrzej Kot and Krzysztof Borowiec – people closely connected with the Lublin's artistic circle, who passed away after a long struggle with a serious disease.

After many years of absence, The Chamber Orchestra of the Polish Radio “Amadeus”, conducted by Agnieszka Duczmal who is the founder and one of the most famous Polish conductors, will perform at the Opera Hall in the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin. The Orchestra, which was founded in 1968, won the Herbert von Karajan Silver Medal at the International Meeting of Young Orchestras in West Berlin in 1976. The musicians have been performing in the most prestigious concert halls such as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, philharmonic halls in Berlin, Cologne and Saint Petersburg, The Wiener Musikverein, Pollack Concert Hall in Montreal, The Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall and Theatre Royal de la Monnaie in the City of Brussels.

The Concert is organized by the Vocal Association "In Corpore" and the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin.
