LESZEK HOŁDANOWICZ – POSTERS EXHIBITION

We are pleased to invite you to a meeting with Leszek Hołdanowicz, a poster and graphic artist and an educator.

Leszek Hołdanowicz was born on 3 June 1937 in Dmytrowo (in modern-day Ukraine), in a teachers’ family. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and then in Warsaw, where he has been teaching graphic design since 1965. His posters are usually figurative and heavily symbolic. His works can be found in the collections of European, American and Asian museums as well as in private collections in Poland and abroad.

The event includes a meeting with Leszek Hołdanowicz and the opening of his works, which launches the exhibition at the Saska Gallery.
