Organised as part of Platform for Culture and catering to all the active representatives of the cultural sector, this annual event is held by the National Centre for Culture (NCC; Polish: Narodowe Centrum Kultury). The primary goal of the Fair is the exchange of experience between cultural animators and local leaders with regard to cultural projects undertaken by them, which engage communities all over Poland.

The 10th of December you can meet representants of 13 countries who came to Lublin by AIESEC exchange programs.
