The conference marking the end of the "Construction of the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin" Project will take place on 21 December 2015.

Rooted in monthly Lublin Globetrotting Meetings, Continents - Festival of Globetrotting and Non-Fiction is another event to be launched in 2016 by the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin. Scheduled for 3-5 June, the event will feature a number of meetings, workshops, talks and readings by top Polish and international travel writers, bloggers and personalities associated with the global culture of active tourism.

Organised by the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin and scheduled for 2017, the Festival of Set and Costume Design aims to showcase the importance and scope of the broadly defined visual arts in theatre and cinematography. An official letter of intent was signed yesterday by Prof. Leszek Mądzik, Festival's Artistic Director, members of the Festival's Programming Board (Ewa Braun, Janusz Kapusta, Lech Majewski) and Piotr Franaszek, Managing Director of the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin.

The first ever arts project of the newly established Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin. Stars of the Polish theatre scene will perform a series of personal etudes in which they will talk about how they build their own theatres.
